Yellow Belt One-Steps

1.Right front kick, land in right front stance, right high block, right knifehand strike, right side kick.

2.Step out into left back stance, left double knifehand block, left knifehand strike high, left knifehand strike low, step back feet together, spin right crescent kick.

3.Hop left into a sitting stance, left palm heel block, right high ridgehand, right leg sweep, and left punch.

As a Yellow Belt Adult, you will begin to free spar; therefore you have no required one-steps.
